About Our Training Center
Our Security Training Center delivers practical, competency-based training to produce well-prepared security professionals. We combine classroom instruction, hands-on practicals, and scenario-based exercises to ensure participants meet operational and HSE requirements.
Programs are designed for corporate security teams, private security firms, industrial sites (including oil & gas), and executive protection units. We emphasize de-escalation, threat detection, emergency response, and legal/ethical conduct.

Our guards have all taken the comprehensive training courses and examination, and we encourage them to learn the advanced professional security examinations. Our team of trainers consists of officers who are still active in the local police force, military units, to include experts from the civilian fields, with safety and security backgrounds. All our instructors are certified and have vast experiences in security-related education and development, in order to be able to nurture and develop security personnel whom not only to understand their roles and responsibilities, but most importantly, the rules and regulations as governed by the Local (National) Police Force. Pancawati Development Center under IST Management offers different types of Training and Education courses, both formal and tailor-made, to best suit the Client’s needs, which require international standard code of practice (ISPS, ICAO, etc.) and the respective implementation strategy. The formal course covers Basic (Gada Pratama), 1st Advance (Gada Madya) and 2nd Advance (Gada Utama) programs. Institutionally, IST Security is affiliated with the Police Training Centers throughout Indonesia and the School of Security Management at the Indonesian Institute of Police Science (STIK), to consistently maintain the professionalism of our instructors and the quality of trained personnel.
