Scope

- 3 Misusing one’s position for purposes unrelated to the company

- 5 Dishonest behavior
- 6 Conflict of interest
- 7 Acts of gratification or bribery
NOTICE :
The confidentiality of the Whistleblower shall be guaranteed and shall not be harmed to his/her position in the company.

Submit a written report to the Ethics Committee through Compliance Dept or Human Capital Dept regarding any findings of Code of Ethics violations

Compliance/HC Team to follow up any reports by conducting investigation. If fraud activities are proven, Compliance/HC Team will convene Ethics Committee Communication Forum meeting
